Horticultural Service Technician

Join our team! 

A new position is available in our busy, recently refurbished horticultural workshop.

We currently require a full time Horticultural Service Technician.

Candidates must be:

• Experienced working with small engines

• Be able to carry out repairs on a wide variety of horticultural machinery

• Be able to work in a tidy and efficient manner

• Attend regular training courses

• Complete Pre-Delivery Checks on new machinery

• Experience of battery powered machines would be an advantage

Product training will be provided for our key brands including Stihl, Mountfield, Honda and Stiga amongst others.

This interesting and varied will involve carrying out repairs and service work on a range of horticultural machinery including Lawn mowers, Chainsaws, Ride-on Lawnmowers, ATV’s and much more.

There will be potential to carry out on site jobs and deliveries.

Ibbett’s is an established family business with a friendly working environment.

The role is a full-time opportunity with additional overtime hours available based in Great Paxton near St Neots. Salary is dependent on experience.
